You have a 30-day window to return items from the date of receipt.

However, postage fees will be subtracted from any store credit issued.
Items bought at regular price can only be exchanged for store credit, and we no longer facilitate direct exchanges.

Items from special sales like sample sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and end-of-year sales etc. are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
