At Imata Studio, each piece is made to order to reduce waste. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.
We encourage you to review our Size Guide carefully before placing your order. If you need assistance selecting your size, our Customer Care team is always happy to help before purchase.
Store Credit
We may offer store credit on a case-by-case basis if:
- Your request is submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags attached.
- The item passes our quality inspection upon receipt.
Approved store credit will be issued as a digital gift card redeemable on imatastudio.com. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items
The following are considered final sale and are not eligible for store credit:
- Made-to-order garments
- Custom or personalized pieces
- Sale or promotional items
- Gift cards
- Accessories (if applicable)
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@imatastudio.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
Once reviewed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, refund or store credit.
